When will I be charged for my purchase?
As soon as your purchase is complete from checkout, you will be charged (your bank or credit card company may first place a hold on your account for your purchase amount)
I entered the wrong shipping address, can you help?
Please, please, please double check your shipping address before checking out. While we’ll try our best to help you out if make a mistake, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change your shipping address before shipping. If you’ve made a mistake, send an email to support@channaleecreations.com and be sure to include your order number.
What’s the return policy?
With swim items being personal items, we cannot accept returns. If you need to exchange for a different size, make sure all original tags are still attached. We cannot accept exchanges for items where hygienic liners have been removed or tampered with.
We have a 14 Day Policy - you have 14 days from the date of receipt (date of receipt will be verified by the tracking number) to to request an exchange (or refund for activewear). You must return your item within 7 days of the date of your request, otherwise we will be unable to accept your exchange/return.
Both exchanges and refunds are possible for activewear as long as all original tags are in place. For refunds, you will be refunded your purchase price less the shipping cost.
We have the right to refuse an exchange or refund if it fails the exchange/ refund inspection. Reasons for failing inspection include::
· Product issues such as excessive wrinkling, velcro marks, holes, or damage to item(s)
· Detached tags or retagged in different locations or different techniques
· Animal/Human hair
· Lingering odors such as smoke or cologne
· Any visible wear or damage (make-up, stains, deodorant etc.)
· Promotional and/or free items were not returned with purchase
We are unable to refund any shipping costs you incur in order to send garments back to us.
My refund is late or missing, why?
No two banks or credit card companies are alike when it comes to processing or reversing transactions. If after five business days, you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account (again).
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. .
If you used a debit card, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and they’ll be able to tell you if it’s pending but not yet showing up in your account .
If you’ve done all of these things and you still have not received your refund yet, contact support@channaleecreations.com Make sure you include your order number in your email!
Sale and Markdown Items
Items that have been marked down from their original price are both non-returnable & non-refundable. Similarly, there are no credits or refunds issued if you purchased a regular priced item and it later goes on SALE.
I received the wrong order!
We’re really sorry about that, email us at support@channaleecreations.com so we can send you a prepaid label (within 1 business day) so you can return what you didn’t order for what you ordered ASAP. If items are worn and/or washed despite the item being incorrect, we cannot offer an exchange for the incorrect shipped product(s). ***Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.***
I have product issues!
If the product is defective or damaged we will be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for you. Please email us at support@channaleecreations.com Provide us with photos and proof of the damage or defect. Once we've received the damaged, garments will be subject to inspection and we will send out the replacement item the same day. ***Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.***
